Emergency Appointment

A homeowner emergency means you cannot live in your home until the next business day. Contact by a Warranty Field Manager will be made timely, after we have received your service request. If it is determined that your request is an emergency, service will be initiated within 24 hours. The following are examples that would require attention. This list is not all inclusive and if in doubt, please don’t hesitate to call the main office at (402) 884-3202.

Emergencies Only: During Business Hours

Call into Legacy Homes, Inc. Office at (402) 884-3202
Press extension 451 to be connected to the Warranty Department.
Messages left on the emergency line will be returned within 1 hour.

Emergencies Only: After Hours Requests

If you have an emergency after normal business hours:

  1. Call into Legacy Homes main office at (402) 884-3202
  2. Press “3” for Warranty
  3. Once the Warranty mailbox has responded, continue to listen for the next message.
  4. Press “0” which will connect you to the on-call Warranty Field Manager
  5. When you reach the emergency answering line, you will be asked for your name, address, community, phone number and concern OR you may need to leave a message with this information. Messages left on the emergency line will be returned within 1 hour.
  6. Mail or e-mail a follow-up letter to our office for our records
